What You're Going To Learn On The Workshop

Four things that take you from "I could never do that" to a booked-out unit you run in an hour a week.

01

How to Get Into Real Estate With No Down Payment

I'll show you how renting long term and hosting short term lets you keep the difference, no mortgage required.

02

What Landlords Actually Want Before They Say Yes to Airbnb

I'll show you how to pitch yourself as the best tenant in their inbox and get the yes in writing.

03

Why You're Not Too Late, Even in a "Saturated" Market

I'll show you how paint, wallpaper and a neon sign make guests pick you over every beige listing nearby.

04

The Weekly Hour: Running an Airbnb Around Your 9-to-5

I'll show you how guest messages, cleaners, pricing and door codes run themselves while you're at work.

Hi, I’m Ashley Boston...

Your Host and Founder of Monetize The Method

I spent my career in corporate sales, and when my husband told me about Airbnb arbitrage during COVID, I laughed and called it a scam. Out loud. Two years later the market had doubled, and our plan to buy a house every eighteen months was extremely dead. I was a brand-new mom with a one-year-old, working 60-hour weeks, and buying investment property just wasn't a realistic way in for me.

Then that "scam" became the only math still working. I launched my first unit 45 days after I committed, an hour or two at a time, a few days a week, and by month twelve I'd left my job without taking a pay cut. Today I'm a boy mom and a Top 1% Airbnb Superhost, my units run without me in the room, and I help women build Airbnbs that stay booked and run themselves. I'll be teaching my exact system this Sunday at 3pm EST, and I look forward to seeing you there!
